Open and defective products including, but not exclusive to portable electronics, Palm Pilot products, headphones, cameras, etc., can only be exchanged for the same item and will only be accepted with the complete packaging, all paperwork, and the receipt. No shopworn product of any kind may be exchanged. Used CDs/DVDs and other product marked as "un-returnable" are not allowed to be exchanged or eligible for a refund.
Who do I call with a return or an exchange of a item?
Start by calling the manager of the store where you purchased the item (Please refer to the top of your receipt or see store locations for a phone number). You may also call 1-877-DVD-TO-GO Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Eastern time.

What is InMotion Entertainment ’s Return Policy?

Sealed CDs or Tapes accompanied by a receipt for purchase may be exchanged for a new CD of equal value or may be returned for a cash or credit refund. Defective/opened CDS can only be exchanged for a copy of the same CD.
